How To Fill Up Biodata Form and Get Promotions

SEO, or Search Engine Optimization is without a doubt one of the most important parts of advertising. In the cyber world, you cannot afford to ignore the merits of SEO, and you certainly cannot afford to avoid the internet altogether. How exactly can you go about including the proper links? How would you ensure that your users click on them and perhaps even buy your product? One of the best techniques of course is to use your company bio.

Almost every websites has a company bio of some type and some will be rather extensive. Then again there are some that really need to be overhauled, and with that being the case, you can truly make an impact with your bio so long as you make use of links. At this point however you might be asking why you would want to use links within your own bio.

Anatomy of a Company Bio

  • Image

The image on the bio page is often a picture of the company president, but many are beginning to move away from this practice so as not to center the business around a single person. As an alternative you might use the company logo or a picture of your corporate office.

  • Intro

This is basic information about your company information that anyone should include in a basic bio. Several links can be included that will point to legitimate resources.

  • Supplemental Information

This could include a number of different items from services your company provides to companies you are partnered with. More links can be included in this area, especially if you list the names of other companies.

When a user enters your site there is a strong chance that they want to know more about you, and that is exactly why you should include links in your bio. What types of links? Where should they point? In the end this is up to you, and you need to make sure that you provide something of immense interest to those readers.

Can you provide too many links? It is certainly possible but so long as your links do not interfere with the readability of your website you should not encounter any serious problems. In addition to that you will want to make sure that all of the links actually work! We cannot stress this enough at this point. Dead or broken links will often lead a user to believe that the website itself is dead or broken which can lead to a drop in traffic no matter how quickly you resolve the matter.

The bottom line here is that while many do attempt to use their company bio for the purpose of link building, there are many that either do it too quickly, or simply have no idea how to execute it properly. When it comes to SEO you cannot afford to be hasty and you cannot afford to push the envelope. Take your time and ensure you're not overdoing it!

That said, so long as you don't go too far with your profile it should draw in quite a bit of traffic. To reiterate, the following points are of the utmost importance:

  • Link Availability - Make sure that all of your links are functioning.

  • Relevancy - The links you are providing need to provide the user with something of value, and ultimately something that will make them want to return to your website or perhaps buy your product.

  • Use Co-Citation - If you use two related words together over time Google and Bing will notice that they are related which will start a trend.

These are just a few tips for using you bio in the pursuit of good SEO. Once you get the hang of it and learn to execute the method properly, you should find yourself with a decent flow of traffic and increased interest in your services.
